Our range of Hermetic Sliding door consists of a light duty, Heavy duty Sliding door. This type of door can be manufactured to suit ambient, chiller, freezer and blast freezer enthronements such as food process and preparation area and cold storage distribution. The flexible approach of our design and production team allow our sliding door to be manufactured to suit most size and specifications.
Description
There are various option available such as look and vision panels, automation and alternative track systems including stainless steel.
Average lead time for Sliding door is usually 1-2 weeks, however we can manufacture and deliver sooner if necessary.
Chiller Temperature
60/80mm PUF insulation, dependent on size and temperature, complete with perimeter capping of anodized aluminium channel with one run of gasket.
Low Temperature
120/150mm PUF insulation, thickness dependent on size and temperature, complete with perimeter capping of anodized aluminium channel with two runs of gasket, all necessary thermal breaks included.
Heaters
(Low temperature door frame only) Low voltage heater tape within frame with separate threshold heater or blade heater. Transformer supplied for 240 volt single phase supply.
Frame
Anodized aluminium extrusion with hidden fixing facility complete with reveal linings and fixings to suit various wall thicknesses.
Handles
Stainless steel inside and out side with emergency locking arrangement.
