The Temperature Controlled Hinged door can be manufactured to suit ambient, chilled or freezer environments such as food Process and preparation areas and cold storage distribution. It has a blade thickness of60 – 150mm depending on the temperature of the application.
Description
They are necessary for every cold room, they are perfectly adjustable, they have hermetically sealing and they keep the temperature in the preferable level. They are available for chillers and freezers and blast freezer they can be constructed in all dimensions.
The low temperature door comes complete with a fully integrated heater system.The temperature controlled range benefits from the option of a PPGI frame section as an alternative to aluminium. This boasts enhanced thermal properties, thereby eliminating condensation and corrosion problems. It is environmentally friendly and requires considerably less heat output on freezer applications, keeping running costs to a minimum.
Door thickness according to room temperature –
- 60 – 80 mm – up to 0° C
- 120 mm – up to -25° C to -30° C
- 150 mm – up to -40° C
